Key Challenges

New York has 100+ Pre-schools and that makes lead generation for a new Pre-school very challenging. With a unique concept of nature based learning this Pre-School wanted to grow fast and get to 100% enrolment within this year.

Can we speed up the process by getting organic traffic and converting them into leads? More simply – get the brand to rank within top 3 for their targeted keywords within 6 months.

Approach

To expedite the lead generation process in a crowded New York market we focussed heavily on Local SEO – as anyway parents are most comfortable with sending their children to pre-schools within 3-5km area. That also ensured that we saw quick impact within the current admission cycle.

We started with fixing key technical website issues to improve indexation on SERP. Next, we optimised on-page signals with select UX improvements to improve the website’s dwell time and UX signals.

We optimised their GMB listing and built local citations to improve local rankings in the target area and linked it with the website by implementing NAP & local structured data.

We also worked on improving the overall website authority by partnering with local content platforms and recommendation sites for backlinks building.

Impact

95% Enrolment

With a clear focused approach, we were able to rank 15 focus keywords on positions 1 of Google Search & Google My Business within 5 months – creating a quick impact and a foundation for a sustainable lead funnel for the brand.

Visibility Impact

With 15 new keywords ranking on 1st position, we also had many more keywords ranking in top 5 positions. And the cumulative effect was a 80% increase in Search Visibility.

Action Impact

With a 35% increase in organic leads, we also saw a 25% increase in SQL%. Both together helped the brand close the admission season on an all time high.
